Booking information
Here we have summarised everything you need to know for your next holiday with us at the Romantika 3-star bed-and-breakfast hotel in the Pitztal valley.
Checking in and out
You can check in on the day of arrival from 2pm. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 6pm. On the day of departure, the rooms & apartments should be vacated by 10am.
Prices
All prices are in euros, include VAT and apply per person per night for the rooms and per night for the apartments.
The prices include the use of our Romantika Wellness Oasis. The prices of the rooms also include our gourmet breakfast (can also be booked with the apartments). A deposit is required for your reservation to be valid.
Discount for kids
Summer:
Kids up to 4 years old are free.
For kids from 5 – 9 years old we charge a fixed daily price rate of €29.00 incl. the Pitztal Summer Card. For kids aged 10 – 15 we charge a fixed daily rate of €36.00 incl. the Pitztal Summer Card.
Winter:
Kids up to 4 years old are free.
A 50% discount on the adult rate is applied for kids aged 5 – 9.
A 30% discount on the adult rate is applied for kids aged 10 – 15.
Free journey from Imst railway station
If you are travelling by train or bus, you can take the free public bus from Imst railway station to the Romantika. Just fill in your details and off you go.
Ski bus
In winter, when you buy a ski pass (you find all rates online) or VVT cross-country and pedestrian ticket for €7.00 per person, you can use the ski bus to all ski areas in the Pitztal valley free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Short stay supplement
We thank you in advance for your understanding that we charge a short stay surcharge of €5.00 per person for short stays of up to 3 nights.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning rate is charged per apartment and is as follows:

Payment on site
You have the option of paying your invoice either from home by bank transfer or on site in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) .

Food retail
Just around the corner from the Romantika you will find a grocery store that has everything you need for self-catering.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax in St. Leonhard is €3.00 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over in winter and €2.00 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over in summer.
Parking spaces
There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of our hotel. Please let us know how many cars you expect to bring with you when making your booking.
Breakfast & fresh bread service
Breakfast is included in the room rates. If you have reserved an apartment, you can book breakfast for €16.00 per person. For kids aged 3 – 7 years old, our rate is €10.00.
If you prefer to have breakfast in your apartment, you can benefit from our fresh bread service. You choose the products you want the day before and they are delivered fresh to your door the next morning.
Packed lunch
We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you to enjoy on your excursions for a fee.
Dogs
We are also happy to welcome your four-legged family members to the Romantika. For dogs we charge a surcharge of €10.00 per day, which does not include food. Dogs are not permitted in the cosy room (room for allergy sufferers).
Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival the reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the arrangement price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- From 6 days prior to the agreed arrival date, in the event of no-show and early departure, 90% of the arrangement price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation and a requested return transfer, a processing fee of €20.00 will be charged.
Travel insurance
If something should go wrong and the booked holiday has to be cancelled at short notice, it’s good to have cancellation insurance. We recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident cover) at the point when you make the booking to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).
